HEAT
A high-intensity workout designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, and endurance through rapid, varied, and challenging exercises. This class blends cardio and strength training to push you every class!
POUND
POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining easy-to-follow cardio moves with strength training and drumming. The workout fuses Pilates, isometric movements, plyometric, and yoga based poses into a 45 minute series. Burn up to 600 calories, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique all while rocking out to your favorite music.
Spin
A high-intensity group fitness session performed on a specialized stationary bike that simulates various outdoor cycling terrains. Led by a instructor, the workout focuses on a combination of cardiovascular endurance and lower-body strength.
Forever Young
Held in our group fitness studio room, Forever Young offers a low impact class that increases balance, flexibility, joint stability and muscle strength in a fun and friendly setting.
Yoga
Yoga class is a holistic group practice that integrates physical postures controlled breathing, and mindfulness to improve both physical and mental well-being. The practice focuses on increasing flexibility, balance, and core strength while reducing stress through focused concentration and relaxation techniques.
