Class descriptions


Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music and dance themes that are fun, energetic, and make you feel amazing! The routines feature aerobic/fitness training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms. Zumba is a total body workout combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility, boosted energy, and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

body sculpt

In this subset of personal training, participants can get an amazing, intense workout in a class setting. Total Body Sculpt uses a wide variety of movements and exercises that build lean body tissue. No better way to tone your whole body while having fun at the same time.


In this Yoga class, instructors combine 

some of the more popular styles of yoga, such as flow and Hatha. This class concentrates on physical health and mental well-being by using bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dyana) with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind.


Spin is a high energy 45 minute class combining cycling with high energy music and motivating instructors. Spinning is challenging, fun, and one of the best ways to improve cardiovascular fitness while burning lots of calories. You will encounter a series of flats, hills, and sprints throughout this motivating class. Bikes have adjustable controls to customize workout just for you.

box fit

An interval based Wavemaster boxing series focused on teaching authentic boxing combinations combined with body weight exercises to tone and sculpt the upper and lower body.  Also includes Bags N Beats - combos, body weight and light weight exercises choreographed to music.  Amazing cardio and every class is different.  Gloves required and loaner are available.

Core, Hips & Glutes

A low impact class focusing on mobility, hip motor control, glute activation, and core stability to improve balance, posture, strength, and power. You will train your abs, back, hips, and glutes covering all the 28 muscles of the core and then some.

Forever young

Held in our group fitness studio room, Forever Young offers a low impact class that increases balance, flexibility, joint stability and muscle strength in a fun and friendly setting.


POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining easy-to-follow cardio moves with strength training and drumming. The workout fuses Pilates, isometric movements, plyometric, and yoga based poses into a 45 minute series. Burn up to 600 calories, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique all while rocking out to your favorite music.

Body Blast

Body Blast is one of the longest running/most popular classes at USA Fitness. This class combines lots of full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts mixed in. You will hit all the major muscle groups with compound movements resulting in a high calorie burn.
