Yoga

In this Yoga class, instructors combine 

some of the more popular styles of yoga, such as flow and Hatha. This class concentrates on physical health and mental well-being by using bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dyana) with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind.

POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining easy-to-follow cardio moves with strength training and drumming. The workout fuses Pilates, isometric movements, plyometric, and yoga based poses into a 45 minute series. Burn up to 600 calories, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique all while rocking out to your favorite music.

Forever young

Held in our group fitness studio room, Forever Young offers a low impact class that increases balance, flexibility, joint stability and muscle strength in a fun and friendly setting.

Cardio Dance

A low impact class that will begin your day with some smiles! Dance to both current music and maybe even some oldies! Work every part of your body as you dance to the uplifting, joyful playlist. The dance steps are easy to follow as you tone your body and boost your energy while having fun!
